Sign in with Google

We offer the option to register and sign in using an existing Google account. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you sign in with Google, Google sends us information from your Google profile: your name, your email address, your Google ID, and, if you have allowed this, a profile picture. We process this data to perform our contract with you on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Google also processes data in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the United States take place on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

Sign in with Apple

We offer the option to register and sign in with an Apple ID. The provider is Apple Distribution International Limited, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland.

When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Apple user ID and, on your first sign-in, your name and an email address. You can choose whether we receive your real email address or an anonymised relay address generated by Apple ("Hide My Email"). In that case, Apple forwards emails to your actual address without us knowing it. Processing is carried out to perform our contract with you on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Data transfers may also involve servers outside the EU. For this, Apple uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

5. Analytics and Advertising

Matomo (formerly Piwik)

This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that allow the recognition of the user for the purpose of analysing user behaviour (for example cookies or device fingerprinting). We use Matomo in cookieless mode, meaning no cookies are set.

The information generated by Matomo about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymised before storage.

6. Email communication

Transactional emails

We send you emails that are technically necessary to administer your use of the service (registration confirmation, password reset, purchase confirmations, important notices about your account). Informational emails

When you complete our quiz and create an account, we will send you additional emails in the first days after registration with information about our offers and supplementary content.

You can object to receiving these emails at any time, either via the unsubscribe link at the end of each email (one click is enough) or by sending a message to support@regainlove.com. This does not incur any costs beyond the basic transmission rates.

Open rate measurement (tracking pixel)

In order to continuously improve the quality of our emails and to monitor deliverability, we use a small image (a so-called tracking pixel) in our emails. When you open an email, this image is loaded from our server. We collect the following information:

We do not collect your IP address or any location data.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in optimising our content and ensuring deliverability (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You can prevent this measurement at any time by disabling the automatic display of images in your email client's settings. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter (see above).

The data collected in this way is stored for a maximum of 12 months and then anonymised or deleted.

Email delivery via Google Workspace

Our emails are sent using the Google Workspace service.

Paddle (Payment Processing)
