The Founder
The personal story behind RegainLove
RegainLove did not grow out of a business idea, it came out of a personal crisis. After a painful breakup I found myself in a situation many people know: emotionally overwhelmed, desperate for answers, and faced with conflicting advice from online forums, YouTube videos, and self-proclaimed "dating coaches".
As someone with an analytical mindset - shaped by my business degree from Missouri State University (cum laude, 2006) and over 15 years of building digital businesses - I wanted to understand: What do we really know about breakups and reconciliation?
The journey
I started going to therapy and immersed myself in psychology and relationship literature:
- Attachment theory (Bowlby, Ainsworth)
- Relationship psychology (Gottman, Rusbult)
- Neurobiology of breakups
- Relationship psychology (EFT, Imago)
The more I read, the clearer it became: there are proven approaches, but they were scattered across academic papers, hard to access, and nowhere presented in a practical way for people in my situation.
At the same time, I saw how the "get your ex back" coaching market was dominated by shady providers with questionable methods: manipulation tactics, "no contact as punishment", emotional games. That felt wrong - not only ethically, but also ineffective in the long run.
The birth of RegainLove
The idea was simple: what if you take the best insights from relationship psychology and translate them into a structured, honest, practical program?
The result is RegainLove: a 30-Day Program that does not promise miracles, it offers a realistic assessment and a structured strategy.
Professional background
My experience building digital products was crucial:

This combination of psychological interest and entrepreneurial execution made it possible to build RegainLove as a serious, thoughtful, well-structured product - not another "get-your-ex-back" scam.
Personal
I live in Berlin with my dog, Alfred. My own breakup experience not only led me to create RegainLove, it also gave me a deep understanding of attachment patterns and relationship dynamics - knowledge that has fundamentally improved my future relationships.
